Downtown Dental was started in 2001 and has grown to be the largest dental office in the Chicago Loop. Patient hours : Monday - Thursday : 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. and Fridays 8-3pm
We accept assignment of your insurance benefits and will bill your insurance for you. Copays must be paid at the time of service. In order for us to bill your insurance and verify eligibility and benefits, some insurances require us to have your social security number and birthdate. If you do not wish to provide this information, you will be responsible to pay for the services in full. Upon checkout, an itemized bill will be given to submit to your insurance.

We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted by the office are cash, or any major credit card. Interest Free financing is available with Care Credit.
Cancellation and missed appointment policy
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient in need. There is a $50 broken appointment fee for all appointments with less than 24 hours notice.
