Dr. Eric Kunath graduated in 1995 from the University of Arizona with a degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology. He attended the University of Colorado School of Dentistry where he graduated cum laude in 1999. While at dental school, he was awarded the Health Professional Scholarship through the Unites States Army.
Dr. Kunath served in the Army from 1999-2009. Following completion of a general practice residency, he was selected as the officer-in-charge of the US Army dental clinic in Bad Aibling, Germany. In 2006, Dr. Kunath returned to the States to complete his post-doctoral endodontic specialty residency in Fort Bragg, North Carolina. He then served as the Chief of Endodontics and a member of the endodontic faculty for the general practice residency at Fort Campbell, Kentucky.
Dr. Kunath is a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the American Association of Endodontists, Illinois State Dental Society, Illinois Association of Endodontists and the Chicago Dental Society.
Dr. Kunath resides in Naperville where he enjoys spending time with his wife Sophie and their daughters Mia and Ella.
